After successful registration, we will send you a confirmation email with further information within 24 hours. Registration for a seminar can be made in writing or electronically via the registration form on our website or by email to info@apfel.gold. By registering, you are making a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is only concluded once you receive a written or electronic confirmation of your registration from us. Registration for a seminar is personal and non-transferable.

2. Payment Terms
The seminar participation fee must be paid in full before the event date. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed payment methods. The exact payment information will be provided with the registration confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation of participation must be communicated in writing by email or post. For cancellations up to 14 days before the event date, the participation fee will be fully refunded. For later cancellations or no-shows, no refund will be given and the full amount is due. Rescheduling to another seminar date is only possible by arrangement and subject to availability.

4. Changes and Cancellation of Seminars
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone seminars in the case of insufficient participants, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, payments already made will be fully refunded. We also reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or venue, provided these do not significantly alter the character of the seminar.

5. Liability
Participation in our seminars is at your own risk. We accept no liability for damages, losses, or injuries incurred in connection with participation in our seminars, unless they are due to gross negligence or intent on our part.

6. Data Protection
Your personal data collected during registration will be treated confidentially and used solely for processing seminar registration and implementation. Your data will only be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the organization and implementation of the seminar or is required by law.

7. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
